Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the cabin being delivered. We aim to provide you with the most economical shipping options.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Waterproofing & Repainting: Every 4 to 5 years, we recommend reapplying waterproof coatings and repainting the structures to maintain their durability and appearance.
Inspection & Maintenance:We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over amount to ensure your return is received.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the cabin. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your cabin for a different model, please initiate a return and place a new order.
