Maintenance & Care Instructions for All Our Products

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Portable Cabin, Marketing Office Cabin, PEB Building, Portable Toilet Cabin, Portable Security Guard Room, Container Café, Rooftop Sheds, and other products, please follow these care instructions:

Waterproofing & Repainting: Every 4 to 5 years, we recommend reapplying waterproof coatings and repainting the structures to maintain their durability and appearance.

• Contact us after 4 to 5 years for a free inspection. Our team will:
• Inspect all four corners of the structure.
• Check the roof and flooring to ensure there are no issues on any side.
• Provide any necessary repair or maintenance recommendations.
• This scheduled care will ensure your product remains in top condition for years to come. Regular upkeep also helps prevent any minor issues from turning into bigger problems over time. We're here to assist you whenever needed!

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can initiate a return within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

• Customized or specially ordered cabins
• Items damaged through misuse or neglect

2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over amount to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the cabin. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your cabin for a different model, please initiate a return and place a new order.
