Delivery Options
- For products bought online, standard delivery is free to PIN codes beginning 560, 562, 563 or 635 (Zone 1) — genuinely free: no transport charge is added at checkout.
- For all other PIN codes, transport is charged by delivery zone. Enter your pincode at checkout and the exact transport charge is calculated and shown to you before you pay — see the zone table below.
- Unloading (crane or hydra) and on-site installation are optional and charged separately at ₹15,000 — never bundled into the transport charge.
- Custom orders and rentals: transport is confirmed in your written quotation.

Delivery Timelines
- Manufacturing & dispatch: 7 – 15 working days after order confirmation and payment. Larger or fully customised projects take longer — see Manufacturing & Lead Time below.
- Transit: additional, and it varies by zone — see the zone table below for the window that applies to your area.
- Express delivery: not a checkout option — ask our team before you order (see below).
- Ask our team for shipment status updates once your order is dispatched.
Damage in Transit
- If a unit is damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Once our team confirms the damage occurred in transit, we will repair the unit at no cost, replace the affected components, or agree an appropriate compensation, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery Coverage
- We deliver across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and neighbouring states, and to all other serviceable pincodes across India.
- Deliveries outside the free zone carry a transport charge set by the delivery zone your pincode falls in.
- For remote or hard-to-reach sites, tell our team about road access and unloading space before you order.
Delivery Timelines & Transport Charges by Zone
Your delivery zone is worked out from your pincode at checkout, and the transport charge below is added to your order before you pay — there is nothing to discover later. All amounts include 18% GST.

Charges & taxes: Product prices shown on this website are inclusive of 18% GST. Transport is charged by delivery zone as set out above (free to PIN codes beginning 560, 562, 563 or 635), and unloading / on-site installation is an optional extra line item. Both are shown to you at checkout, before payment, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Made-to-order and custom project builds are not sold online — for those, the binding price is the one stated in your written quotation.
Faster Delivery Requests
Express delivery is not a checkout option. If you need your cabin or container sooner than the standard timeline, ask our team before you place your order — by phone, WhatsApp or email. Any faster option, and any extra charge for it, is confirmed by our team in writing before you pay.
Manufacturing & Lead Time
Manufacturing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received — full payment at checkout for standard products bought online, or the agreed advance for custom, made-to-order projects.
- Standard products bought online: dispatched within 7 – 15 working days of order confirmation and payment — the window shown on every product page.
- Custom and made-to-order projects: the timeline is set out in your written quotation.

What Installation Covers
On-site installation & positioning is optional. For products bought online, add it at checkout for ₹15,000 (including 18% GST); it is never bundled into the transport charge. It covers:
Base levelling
Our team levels the base.
Positioning
We position the unit on site.
Crane / hydra
Crane or hydra charges at site are included for standard single-unit placements.
Handover
We complete the handover.
Not included:
- Foundation and civil work are not part of the installation option; they are quoted separately.
- Crane or hydra for a non-standard placement (for example a multi-unit or stacked placement, or a site with restricted access) is subject to feasibility and needs a separate written quotation, agreed before you pay.
Installation is scheduled after delivery, subject to crew availability and your site readiness. For custom orders and rentals, installation is set out in your written quotation.
