Structural Warranty
Our cabins are engineered for durability. The structural warranty covers the primary framework, walls, and roofing against manufacturing defects.

Additional Coverage
- Electrical components — 1-year warranty covering wiring, switches, and fixtures.
- Paint & finish — 6-month warranty against peeling, fading, or bubbling under normal conditions.
- Warranty claims are processed within 7 working days of inspection.
After-Sales Support
- Customer support 7 days a week — reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, Mon-Sat 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- On-site maintenance — our service team can visit your location for repairs and upkeep.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. To keep things transparent, here are a few things that fall outside warranty coverage:
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Modifications or alterations made without our prior approval.
- Issues arising from improper installation not performed by our team.
