Container Offices in Devanahalli, Near Kempegowda International Airport

Ready-to-use container offices for Devanahalli and the airport belt.

If you've driven past the Aerospace Park or any of the new warehouse sites off NH 44, you've seen them: steel boxes with glass doors, an AC unit on the side and a company logo painted on the front. They look like shipping containers because that's what they started as. Inside, they're proper offices with desks, lights, air conditioning and a toilet.

We build container offices for companies, contractors and developers working around Devanahalli. You tell us how many people need to sit in it and what it's for. We fit it out at our factory near Hosur, bring it to your site on a trailer and set it down on your prepared base, under the scope agreed in the quotation. Once it is levelled and connected, your team can move straight in.

Why Container Offices Suit the Airport Belt

The area around Kempegowda Airport is one big work-in-progress. Logistics parks, aerospace units, data centres, plotted layouts and road widening are all happening at the same time. Every one of these projects needs an office on site long before any permanent building is ready, and many of them will pack up and move in a year or two. A container office is built for exactly that:

    • It's tough: A shipping container is made to be stacked on a ship and lifted by crane. Dust, rain and the odd knock from an excavator don't bother it.
    • It's secure: Steel walls, a steel door and a lockable frame. Your laptops, drawings and documents are a lot safer than in a plywood shed.
    • It arrives finished: The flooring, wiring, lights and windows, plus the AC and toilet if you order them, are done at our factory near Hosur. On site, it only needs to be placed, levelled and connected to power and water.
    • It moves with your project: When this site is done, the same office goes to the next one. You don't leave anything behind.
    • It looks the part: With cladding, a glass front and your branding, a container office looks like a real office, not a temporary fix. Clients and visitors notice.

Who Uses Container Offices Around Devanahalli

Five kinds of teams a container office suits around the airport belt:

    1. Construction and infrastructure contractors

Project managers, engineers and site supervisors need somewhere to sit, review drawings and hold morning meetings. A 40-ft container with a cabin for the PM, open workstations and a toilet is a layout that suits many sites on the airport road.

    2. Warehouse and logistics operators

Dispatch offices, security control rooms and driver waiting rooms at the gate. Container units can be placed right at the yard entrance and shifted if the layout changes.

    3. Real estate developers

Plot and villa projects near Sadahalli, Bettahalasur and Budigere Cross can use a container office as a sales lounge. A glass front, false ceiling, wood-finish floor and a small pantry turn a steel box into a space you're happy to bring buyers into.

    4. Factories and industrial units

Extra office space for a growing team, a QC room, a time office near the gate or a visitor reception, without disturbing production or waiting for a civil extension.

    5. Landowners and farm businesses

A small office-cum-store on farmland, or a manager's room at a nursery, poultry farm or resort project near Nandi Hills.

What We Build Into a Container Office

We start with a 20-ft or 40-ft container, or a purpose-built steel module of the same shape, and fit it out from the inside out. You can choose from these options; the items supplied are confirmed in the approved specification and quotation:

    • Structure — marine-grade or new-build steel shell, sandblasted, primed and painted in your colour
    • Insulation — PUF, rockwool or glass wool between the steel and the inner wall, to help it stay cool in April and quiet in the monsoon
    • Inner walls and ceiling — PUF panel, gypsum or PVC finish, with a false ceiling if you want it
    • Flooring — cement board base with a vinyl, wood-finish or tile top
    • Doors and windows — aluminium or UPVC sliding windows with mesh and grills, and a glass or steel entry door
    • Electricals — concealed wiring, MCB distribution board, LED lights, fans, plug points, data points and AC provision

Need two containers joined into one wide office? Or stacked for a two-storey site camp with a staircase? Both can be planned, subject to structural design and approvals.

    Sizes and Typical Layouts

Approximate inside sizes, typical layouts and seats for each container size. The final layout and seating are confirmed in the approved drawing.

    • 10 ft (approx. 9 × 7 ft inside) — security room or single-person office; 1 to 2 seats.
    • 20 ft (approx. 19 × 7.5 ft inside) — open office with toilet, or one cabin plus two desks; 3 to 4 seats.
    • 40 ft (approx. 39 × 7.5 ft inside) — manager cabin, workstations, meeting area, toilet and pantry; 6 to 10 seats.
    • 2 × 40 ft joined (approx. 39 × 15 ft inside) — full project office or sales lounge; 12 to 20 seats.
    • Stacked units (two levels) — office below, rest rooms or stores above; seats depend on the layout.

    Toilet, Pantry and Add-ons

Depending on how the office will be used, these can be added:

    • Toilet and pantry (optional) — Western WC, basin, exhaust fan, and a water inlet and outlet ready to connect; a small pantry counter with sink.
    • Add-ons — Partition walls, reception counter, external branding, steps or ramp, awning, and solar panels on the roof.

The fittings and add-ons supplied are confirmed in the approved specification and quotation.

    Made for North Bengaluru Weather

Bare steel in the sun turns into an oven. That's why insulation matters on every container office:

    • Heat — combined with a false ceiling, reflective roof paint and a correctly sized AC, insulation helps keep the inside comfortable through the hottest weeks.
    • Monsoon — sealed joints and a slight roof slope help handle the monsoon.
    • Standing water — raising the unit on pedestals keeps it clear of standing water.

    Delivery Enquiries Around Devanahalli

We welcome delivery enquiries from Devanahalli Town, the KIADB Aerospace Park, the Hardware Park, the IT Investment Region and the airport surroundings; Sadahalli, Bettahalasur, Vidyanagar Cross, Bagalur, Chikkajala, Doddajala and Budigere Cross; Vijayapura, Kogilu, Yelahanka and Rajanukunte; and the Doddaballapur Industrial Area, Hosakote, Chikkaballapur and the Nandi Hills road. If your site is anywhere in North Bengaluru, call us. We confirm delivery feasibility and charges after reviewing the site and its access.

    How It Works

    1. Tell us what you need — How many people, what the office is for, and where the site is. A WhatsApp message with a few details is enough.
    2. Site check — We check the ground level, how a trailer and crane will get in, and where you'll draw power and water from. Many sites near the airport are on half-made roads, so this step matters.
    3. Layout and quote — You get a drawing with the cabin, desk and toilet positions, and an itemised price. Change anything before we start.
    4. Fit-out at our factory — We insulate, wire, panel and finish the container indoors at our factory near Hosur, while you get a simple level base ready (usually six concrete pedestals or blocks).
    5. Delivery and placement — The container arrives on a trailer, a crane sets it on the base, it is levelled and connected to power and water, and you get the keys. Transport, crane, placement and connection responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation.

    A Word About Access

A 40-ft container needs a 40-ft trailer and a crane with enough reach. Village lanes around Devanahalli, overhead power lines and freshly laid layout roads can all get in the way. Tell us about your approach road when you enquire. If a 40-ft unit can't reach, two 20-ft units joined on site usually can.

    Approvals Near the Airport

A single container office on a construction or industrial site is normally treated as temporary site infrastructure. If you're placing it on a plotted layout, farmland or close to the airport boundary, it's worth a quick check with the local gram panchayat or BIAAPA (the Bangalore International Airport Area Planning Authority). Building heights near the runway approach are regulated by the Airports Authority of India, so plan stacked units with that in mind. We can share the general points to check, but the final call depends on your land records and your use.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

    1. How long does it take to get a container office?

It depends on the size, the specification and the production schedule; the delivery date is confirmed with your quotation once you approve the layout. Joined and stacked units take a little longer. Placement time on site depends on the base, the access and the crane.

    2. Is a container office hot inside?

Not when it's insulated properly. Our containers can be specified with PUF or rockwool insulation, a false ceiling and AC provision, and an insulated container office with a correctly sized AC can work as a full-time office through the summer.

    3. Do I need a foundation for a container office?

Usually not a full foundation. For a single unit, a level base of concrete pedestals or blocks at the corners and mid-points is usually enough. We'll give you the exact positions before delivery; joined or stacked units and soft ground can need more.

    4. Can I move it to another site later?

Yes. That's the whole point. A crane and trailer can lift it and shift it whenever your project moves, subject to safe handling and access at both sites.

    5. Can I have a toilet and pantry inside?

Yes. A 20-ft unit fits a compact toilet; a 40-ft unit fits a toilet and a pantry comfortably. You'll need water and drainage on site to connect them.

    6. Do you use old shipping containers or new ones?

We offer both. Refurbished containers cost less and are subject to availability; new-build modules give you a cleaner finish and custom sizes. Tell us your budget and we'll suggest the right option.

    7. Do you rent container offices?

We sell and also rent for short-term projects, subject to availability. Share your project duration and we'll tell you what works out cheaper.

    8. What does a container office cost in Devanahalli?

It depends on the size, whether it's refurbished or new, and the level of fit-out. A basic 20-ft office costs much less than a branded 40-ft sales lounge with toilet and pantry. Send your requirement and we'll send an itemised quotation.
