A 10 ft unit works as a gate cabin, supervisor cabin or single desk for 1–2 people. A 20 ft unit carries a site office or QC room for 4–6. A 40 ft unit is an admin block for a full team of 10–14. Joined and stacked configurations give a multi-room setup on a tight footprint for as many as you need. We build it at our workshop — insulated walls, wiring, lights, flooring, windows, doors, the lot — inspect it, and put it on a trailer. It reaches your gate, we set it down with a crane or hydraulic unloading depending on the swing room available, level it, connect the power and hand over the keys.

• Live compounds take planning, and we're used to it. — Placing a cabin in a working compound takes a bit more thought than dropping one on open land.
• Tell us the constraints. — Where the overhead lines run, how wide the gate is, and where the crane can stand — and we'll work out the lift before we load anything.
